Crown Reduction
A healthy tree will continue to grow year on year, and eventually might become too large. Perhaps the tree is blocking valuable light or views or is becoming too close to overhead power lines or neighboring properties.
The overall size/shape of the top of the tree is referred to as the crown and a crown reduction focuses on work in this area. Our Tree Surgeons can reduce the overall crown area by a given amount measured in meters, from the tips of the branches to produce a smaller crown area but retaining natural species shape.
